Overview:
The LPN/RN at Residential Treatment Services of Alamance (RTSA) will provide comprehensive nursing care across all programs, including detoxification, crisis stabilization, and the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. This role includes overseeing client admissions, administering medications, managing the intake process, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols. The LPN/RN is responsible for monitoring residents' health, responding to medical emergencies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This position requires proficiency in medical documentation software, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Licensure: Must be a licensed LPN or RN in North Carolina.
• Experience: Prior experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Driving:Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Attributes: Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed or on a rotating schedule. For individuals recovering from substance use disorders, a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety isrequired.

Overview:
HCT will ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in an addiction withdrawal management/residential program. This role involves supporting and monitoring clients, maintaining a safe and clean physical environment, and working closely with clinical staff, nursing staff, and administration to meet client needs.
Recruitment Standards:
- Must take and pass exam or be already certified in Medication Administration (preferred but we can train)
- Get or have CPR & First Aid certifications (preferred but we can train)
- Must have a clean & valid NC driver’s license
- Must have an acceptable criminal background check and clean drug test
Job Type: Part-time & Full
Expected hours: Part-time 16 – 20 per week | Full-Time 30-40 per week
Lead Human Services Clinician
RTSA is seeking a full time licensed human services clinician: CCS or LCAS, LCSW, LCMHC, to lead a clinical team that offers 24 hour residential services to both substance abuse and mental health disorder populations.
Preference will be given to CCS and/or LCAS.
This position requires completion of comprehensive clinical assessments, PCP, aftercare and discharge planning, assistance with audits, authorizations and enrollments. This position may require collaboration with community stakeholders, law enforcement, family members and/or support staff. Consultation with local providers and referral resources will be required to provide coordination and transition of service.
This position will oversee a clinical team that provides direct clinical care to the population served. RTSA provides facility based crisis services, long term residential treatment services to 17 male substance abusers, transitional housing program for 6 female substance abusers, and 2 group homes: 6- male and 6 females with serious chronic, and persistent mental illness.
